2.4 Single Account. Each eligible individual may maintain only one (1) active 178bets account. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

Members are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — prior to confirming a wager. 178bets does not accept responsibility for bets placed in error by the member.
6.2 Odds and Lines. 178bets offers Asian Handicap, 1X2, Over/Under, and other bet types across football (including EPL, Malaysia Super League, and Champions League), basketball, tennis, UFC, and other sports. Odds are updated in real time and may change between the time a bet slip is opened and the time it is confirmed. The odds confirmed at the time of bet placement are final.
6.3 Void Bets. 178bets reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the odds were published in error; (b) the event was cancelled, postponed, or otherwise did not proceed as scheduled within a reasonable timeframe; (c) the result of the event is subject to official investigation for match manipulation; or (d) the bet was placed after an event had already commenced or concluded (late bet).
6.4 Maximum Winnings. Maximum payout limits per event and per day apply across all 178bets Sportsbook markets. These limits are displayed within the Platform and may be updated from time to time. 178bets is not liable to pay winnings exceeding applicable maximum payout limits regardless of the confirmed odds at the time of bet placement.
7.1 Game Integrity. 10.2 178bets shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if 178bets has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 178bets' liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
